My Botanbee Ritual: How I Use All Three Products for Scalp-to-Strand Health
Share
Healthy hair doesn't start in the shower. It starts before, with intention, with circulation, with clearing what no longer belongs.
Botanbee was created around one central belief: your scalp is living skin, not an afterthought. And when you treat it as such, your hair responds. Slowly, steadily, beautifully.

This is my personal, multi-step Botanbee ritual using all three products together: Clarity Mist, Root Renew Scalp Serum, and Cloud Crème. Each has a role. Each speaks to a different phase of care. Together, they create harmony.
Step One: Clarity Mist — The Pre-Poo Scalp Reset
This step happens before water ever touches my hair.
The Clarity Mist is not a styling product. It's a scalp cleanse, a pre-poo ritual designed to dissolve buildup, rebalance the scalp environment, and wake up circulation.
I part my hair in sections and mist directly onto the scalp, focusing on:
- The crown
- The nape
- Behind the ears (a surprisingly congested area)
Then I massage gently with my fingertips or a silicone scalp brush.

What this does:
- Loosens oil, sweat, and product residue
- Helps regulate excess sebum without stripping
- Prepares the scalp to actually benefit from washing
Think of it as opening the windows before you deep clean a room. Air first. Then water.
I let it sit for 10 to 20 minutes, sometimes longer if my scalp feels inflamed or tired.
Step Two: Cleanse + Root Renew — Feeding the Scalp While It's Receptive
After shampooing (gentle, always), my scalp is warm, clean, and receptive.
This is when I apply Root Renew Scalp Serum.
Using the dropper, I apply sparingly along the scalp, again in sections, then massage slowly. This is not a rush job. This is nourishment.
Root Renew is where repair happens:
- Supporting follicles
- Calming irritation
- Encouraging balance, density, and long-term growth
This is especially important if you:
- Experience shedding
- Have dry or itchy patches
- Are rebuilding hair after stress, illness, or hormonal shifts
I do not rinse this out. It's a leave-on treatment, designed to work over time.
Consistency matters more than quantity here. A few drops, regularly, beats flooding the scalp once a month.
Step Three: Cloud Crème — Seal, Soften, Protect
Now we move from scalp to strand.
The Cloud Crème is my final step, and my most versatile one.
I use it in two main ways:
As a Leave-In Conditioner
On damp hair, I apply Cloud Crème from mid-lengths to ends, lightly smoothing what's left onto the crown if needed.
It:
- Softens without coating
- Defines without stiffness
- Adds moisture without collapse
Perfect for wash days, refresh days, and protective styling.
As a Hair Mask
When my hair needs extra love, I apply Cloud Crème more generously, twist or braid my hair, and let it sit for 30 to 60 minutes (sometimes under heat, sometimes not).
Rinsed or left in lightly, both work.
This is where elasticity returns. Where hair remembers how to bend instead of break.
Why the System Matters
Each Botanbee product is effective on its own. But together, they follow the biology of the scalp and hair:
- Clear the environment
- Nourish the foundation
- Protect and hydrate the strands
This is not about chasing fast growth. It's about building conditions where growth is inevitable.
Hair health is cumulative. And Botanbee is designed to walk with you, not rush you, through that process.
Closing Thought
Your hair doesn't need aggression. It doesn't need punishment or extremes.
It needs:
- Clean pathways
- Thoughtful nourishment
- Gentle consistency
This ritual is how I honor my hair and my body as it is, while supporting where it's going.
Welcome to Botanbee. Rooted. Intentional. Alive.
